We loved the location of this hotel. It is close enough to enjoy the nightlife, but tucked away in a quiet area, allowing us to sleep peacefully. The hotel is right on the beach, providing stunning views and easy access to the sand and sea. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant.
Can't fault anything about it.

This place is conveniently located near Vinh Hai Market with easy access to Bai Duong Beach, and there are great dining options like Bogosov Pizza&Grill nearby in the evening.

Have an excellent view of the Bay, especially the resturant at 10th floor. The staffs are very helpful in booking tour, mud bath, and bus ticket. The two waiters know some Hotel Chinese.
Only a few staff can communicate in English.

Excellent in many aspects: 1. beside the extension of the main road 'Tran Phu', very convenient and not noisy. 2. good panorama seaview, especially in the seaview restaurant on level 10, best value! 3. clean and tidy. 4. friendly staff.
Ants, a common and usual problem in Vietnam. If you drop some food crumbs on the floor in 5 minutes you'll see a crowd of ants working on carrying food crumbs.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay! The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the ocean. Great wifi and a nice location away from the hustle and bustle of the town. We discovered some fantastic places to eat and a food market nearby.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with limited options for western guests. The staff seemed a bit disorganized during breakfast and could improve their service.

The hotel was generally clean and that staff was helpful
The hotel is 10 km away from the main tourist area and it can get very expensive to pay for taxis to and from main city centre. We got a standard room with no outward window

the staff (which is nice, friendly & helpful) is the only thing that saves the hotel.
The hotel is located far away from the city center, where all activity goes. Although you can take a bus, a taxi or rent a motorbike to go there. Only several rooms has balconies, other even don't have a window! So you can imagine - it's like living in a prison cell :) And it stinks in the room - because the air conditioning system can't provide necessary ventilation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The ocean views from my suite were absolutely amazing. I loved having a balcony to relax on and even a bathroom with ocean views. The location of the hotel was perfect - right on the beach and just a short moped ride to the center of the city. It was great to be close enough to enjoy the nightlife, but also in a quiet area for a peaceful night's sleep. The owner of the hotel was incredibly kind and even surprised me with a wonderful birthday cake.
All was great, no improvements needed!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The rooms, although a little older, were functional and had a lovely sea view. The location, right on the beach, was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Additionally, the staff at the reception were kind and friendly.
Everything was great, I have no complaints.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the lovely sea view from my room and the free toiletries and slippers. the location was also ideal, with plenty of nearby dining options and a quick walk to the beach.
the breakfast was lackluster and the staff seemed disinterested in their duties.
